Kiss Me:  The Drabble

"Kiss me." B'Elanna repeated in a low voice, she wasn't sure she
had heard him correctly.  

Tom nodded.

"Kiss me?" she hissed, are you crazy?"  B'Elanna looked around at
all the people that surrounded them among them:  Janeway,
Chakotay, and Tuvok.

"I thought you loved me?"

"I do."

"And it is my birthday," he added. "You said for me to tell you
what I wanted last night.  This is it." Practiced innocent blue
eyes focused on her.

"But this, Tom?"

He pulled a pout.

"Tom, we are on the bridge!  Everyone can see us!" she whispered
in his ear.  

Tom Paris smiled and puckered.
